Valentine's Cake pops

I've made cake pops once before but it was a bit of a fail because I did it was 10 very excited 4 year olds and we ran out of chocolate to coat them about halfway through.

This time I read a few recipes online and decided it was pretty simple you just had to make sure you froze them before you dipped them in the chocolate so your stick doesn't fall out!

I cheated and used a brownie mix because I wanted to check that the process was going to work first before I committed to lots of yummy homemade ingredients.

Trimming your edges off is key! Otherwise you'll get crunchy, dry bits in your cake pop, yuk!

Soo pretty! I feel pretty stoked with the end result they tasted really good too :)
